I equip teams with science-backed tools to identify and regulate the root of stress and burnout, so they can stay grounded, make better decisions, and perform sustainably under pressure.
My absolute passion is teaching people to connect with their nervous systems. The comment I hear most after sessions is: “I had no idea how much I needed this.” That’s what drives me—helping people discover the calm, focus, and resilience they didn’t know they had access to.

What Sets Me Apart
I’m Marcela Avila—a certified wellness and resilience coach, speaker, instructor, community builder, and 9x national freediving record holder.
Freediving is one of the most extreme sports on the planet. I’ve dived to 226 feet on a single breath, held my breath for over five minutes, and competed in three Freediving World Championships. At depth, with no air, survival depends on perfect nervous system regulation. Your body and mind must stay completely calm. That’s trained physiological control—and it’s what I teach teams to access under pressure.
For over 15 years, I’ve trained thousands of people across five continents and diverse industries in the same nervous system regulation techniques that keep me alive underwater. I’ve worked as a trainer, speaker, instructor, and community builder—helping people reconnect with their bodies and perform at their best when it matters most.
